Reads from where your
customers already talk.
Bloom pulls signal in from the places your customers leave it, and pushes what matters out to the tools your team already works in. The list grows quickly, adding a connector is routine work, not a rebuild.
01 · Sources in
Where the signal
comes from.
Reviews, tickets, app stores, forums, transcripts, public review sources. Bloom reads across the channels where customers actually speak, structured or not.
Anything without a prebuilt connector can come in through our native API or a CSV, so a source is never a blocker.
02 · Integrations out
Where the signal
needs to land.
A finding is only useful where someone can act on it. Bloom pushes ranked, evidence-linked signal into the ticketing, chat, and automation tools your team already runs in.
The native API and webhooks reach anything else, so a destination is never a blocker either.
Native access
When there isn't a connector,
there's still a way in.
Every Bloom workspace has a native API, plus CSV import and outbound webhooks. A new named connector is a convenience on top of that, not a prerequisite, which is why the list above keeps growing without much friction.
