Subprocessors

About this list

To deliver Bloom, we rely on a small set of trusted subprocessors: third parties that process data on our behalf as part of running the service. Each is engaged under contract, bound to data-protection obligations no less protective than our own, and used only for the purpose described below.

We keep the list short on purpose. Where a subprocessor handles personal data, that processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Addendum, available on request.

Current subprocessors

The following subprocessors are in use today. The list reflects what is live, not what we may evaluate; we update it as the service grows.

AI model providers

Bloom uses AI to analyze customer signal, and part of that analysis currently runs through a third-party model provider, listed above. A model provider receives data in order to return a result to Bloom; it is bound by contract not to use that data for its own purposes, including training its own models. This is consistent with the commitment on our data usage page: your data is used to serve you, and is not used to train anyone's models, ours or a provider's.

Our model provider may change as the technology does, and for dedicated deployments, such as a customer's own cloud or premises, model inference can be arranged to run within that environment. Where the provider changes, we update this list and give notice as described below.

Changes and notice

Before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes personal data, we give notice through this page or another reasonable channel, and we provide a window to raise a concern. If a business customer has a reasonable, good-faith objection relating to data protection, we work together to resolve it; where it cannot be resolved, the customer's remedy is set out in our Data Processing Addendum.
