A credit is one unit of customer signal. Each plan includes a monthly allotment, and beyond it you pay only for what you use.
1 credit
for each customer submission, a review, a ticket, a post, a form response.
1 credit
for every 5 minutes of a call, video, or audio recording, counted in whole 5-minute blocks.

Seats are free, always. Bring your whole organization. Bloom is built to socialize the voice of the customer, so we never charge per person.
Sources and assets set your tier. A source is a place signal comes from, like an app store or a maps listing. An asset is a thing you track within it, like a single app or a store location.
Credits roll up from real activity. One submission is one credit. Calls, video, and audio count one credit per 5-minute block, rounded up, so a 12-minute recording is 3 credits. You see your usage as it accrues.
Enterprise is scoped to you. Onboarding for single sign-on, additional sources, dedicated deployment, and setup is arranged as part of your agreement. Talk to us and we'll put together the right shape.
